The establishment is stunning! From the decor to all the amenities, this would be your ideal retirement community. Each unit is beautiful, the staff is amazing and the details make this retirement community beautiful. I won't be retiring any time soon but when I do, it will be here.

1 is too high but 0 was not an option. Presbyterian is beautiful. That is all I can say for it. They are short staffed but keep trying to find more residents. Independent living may be fine, but assisted living and skilled nursing were horrible at best. My mother died there. Not long before, I was told by another resident’s family member that they found my mom on the floor under her bed screaming. We were never notified and when we contacted the nurse she was caught in a lie trying to say she called. Administration was aware but that nurse was still working there when my mom passed. At another time when in assisted living , the entire floor was without staff and another resident’s husband was left in charge. Anywhere else is better, They are great communicators when they want your money but when it comes to providing the services they promised there is silence.

My wife and I have several friends who live here and love it. We went over to enquire about space for my father-in-law. This is the kind of place I'd like to retire to. Very friendly staff. Everyone I spoke to said the food was great. The independent living rooms were bright and some had views of courtyards, some of detached homes or the grounds, and some of the highway. The highway views were less desirable, but the highway noise was effectively muffled when the doors and windows were closed.

This is a beautiful facility with care in mind. They have very nice suites and an attentive, caring staff. What a wonderful ministry this is! I just helped my grandmother move in and she is already making new friends. I do want to mention that I made several trips to move items there and had several boxes and bags of sorted recycling in the room that I was going to take with me, but I found out that the staff had visited my grandmother in her room and disposed of all of that in-between trips that I was making. They told me that it all went straight to the trash and that they do not participate in any recycling programs. Hopefully, they can find some way to offer recycling in the future.
