They are on top of everything! You cannot blame a company if the people don't wanna work. They do their very best to find quality care for you. I highly recommend the aide Iris in the greater Wtby area. Premium found themselves a very good person in her.

I am very disappointed in this company. They were contracted by the state to provide a caregiver for my mom. The aide used her personal phone constantly to make calls, watch videos and browse in social media. She also insisted on bringing my mom foods that weren't approved in her dietary restrictions from her doctor. After speaking with her and her boss about it to get a new aide, her boss insisted we keep giving the aide another chance which made me uncomfortable. One day when I was attempting to video chat with my mom the aide was yelling into her phone so loud, I couldn't hear my mom. I told the aide to get off her phone and she mouthed off and told me I had an attitude problem. I had to ask her to leave, which has now left me with no care for my mom. I would not recommend them, or Maria Loyda as an aide.

Just want to write and praise the service we have gotten from Kiri at Premium home aides and companion services . We have been with this company several years and she has worked so hard and gone above and beyond to make her clients happy. This company needs 20 more of her she is caring,compassionate,very professional and works very hard daily . To our sadness we have to leave this company not because we are dissatisfied with Kiri’s help but only because these girls that are hired are immature, not reliable and do not fess up to the person they portrayed when they were hired.They all give very false information just to be hired then do not do their job never show up and never call in . I must say without Kiri’s devotion she has to her job and the constant effort she puts in to make all things possible their wouldn’t be a successful Premium Home Care.. Kiri keep up the excellent profesional job your doing this company should be grateful to have you working for them. We truly will miss you and a big heartfelt thank you for being you and always there to help us out👍. You are Amaxing!!

I’ve been using Premium since early 2025 for my mother with advanced dementia. And I’ve had nothing but a great & positive experience working with Stephanie who has gone above & beyond to make sure my mother has the proper care. She regularly calls to check to see how my mom’s doing . Highly recommend Premium & Stephanie for A+ home care

I love the care they have been providing for my grandmother for over a year and a half. I love the weekly checkups they do now asking how the services is going and if theirs anything they can do for you. Love how if aide has an emergency or a sick day they try and find a replacement. Wish that had more help on the weekends really hard when a caregivers calls out and your love one is left with no care sometimes. Love how compassionate amina is and always their if you have any concerns
