This company should be investigated. Because where are they finding these God awful so called "cargivers" ? We've been using this company for less than a year, and have already gone thru a handful of cargivers, and it seems like every time we asked for a replacement, because the current one isn't a good fit, they would send soneone worse. And the most recent "fill in" cargiver was the absolute worse. This person ignored my mom's cries for help to call 911 or one of her kids. And this so called "caregiver" ignored her, walking around the house, ignoring every last cry for help. SHE KEPT IGNORING HER UNTIL HER UBER ARRIVED, SHE ONLY CARED ABOUT LEAVING THE SITUATION. If it wasn't for security cameras, I believe I could of lost my mother that day. By the time she got to the emergency room they said she should of been brought in the night before. This monster of a so called caregiver allowed my mom to sit in feces and vomit for over 12 hours. She failed to call 911 or one of the kids. Never ever ever would I recommend this company to anyone. My 10 year old can take better care of seniors than these so called "cargivers". What happened to my mother shouldn't have happened to ANYONE! This company should be ashamed of themselves. Stay away from here, there's better companies out there.
