I hired premier healthcare to take care of my 90 year old grandmother. Let me tell you, fantastic all around. From the in home visits, to the ladies and gentleman I’ve spoken to in the office, I couldn’t ask for a better team to take care of my family. Thank you for all you do. You folks go above and beyond, I’m truly blown away and my grandmother loves the help she’s been receiving.

I had arranged for a ride home from the hospital. It was a weekend and the office was closed so I got the on call operator. She said there was no one available, that they didn't have people just sitting around waiting and that i should have scheduled it ahead of time. Seriously? I had no idea when they would discharge me or even what day. It's not something you can schedule ahead of time. Mitch had assured me they would have someone available, but the operator said she had no idea about that. I ended up taking Uber.
