I honest to God I don’t even know how this place has 4.1 stars for a review. Thank God, my uncle is only there for three days because within those three days it was horrible The facility was hot . My family requested a medical bed it was declined, and then my uncle fell off the bed. It smelled like urine They did not bathe him, clean him or do anything of that sort . They had to request the day that he got picked up to bathe him . These people leave their family member members here to get taken care of and yet nobody takes care of them. They’re just there for a paycheck. It’s ridiculous.

While I believe there are some caring people working in this facility, it has some real issues. My husband was recently in this facility. The very first day, there was no one there to greet us. Nobody came by to ask if he needed water. On the second day, I sat in his room during visiting hours, and they only came by to check on him twice. They did feed and give him his meds. He was a fall risk and yet no one put the grippy socks on him until the administrator noticed it on the second day. I signed him out early because they weren't checking on him. I couldn't trust that they were properly taking care of him. The other issues were the chair in his room reeked of pee/poop as did the whole place. One night at dinner, his tray was obviously eaten out of. The young lady serving dinner was appalled and immediately brought him a new plate. Like I said, there are people who care. The toilet seat was broken. There was feces all over the outside and inside of the toilet. No one ever cleaned it. We were dealing with the weekend crew. Everything seemed different Monday morning. By then, I was too scared to leave him there alone. Other red flags were the decreased visiting hours with no way to visit after hours. They are closed with no way to visit on holidays. If you care about your loved one, do not send them here.

My mother was transferred here on Christmas eve of 2024 for rehab. She was in a room at the very end of a long hall. I only saw a nurse once while I was there. Still to this day have no idea where the nurses station is at. My mother was supposed to be getting rehab. They didn't properly clean her so she got a Uti. She barely got any physical therapy. They never got her up walking which was the goal. They called me on January 3rd 2025 a little after 8 am and insisted I come up there as soon as possible. I just knew. They informed me upon arrival that my mother was found struggling to breath. When the nurse got in there she was in cardiac arrest and they were not able to revive her. I am 100% convinced that the aide who answers all the call lights, Had to find a nurse, wherever the nurses stations are at. And by the time she found one it was too late. The ladies who spoke to me where very nice . However they told me she was presentable to be seen. My daughter was completely devastated upon entering the room. My mother's mouth was wide open she looked in pain. I think they could have done a better job of staging the body. They knew my teenage daughter was there and already very upset. I left thinking the funeral home would be there to pick her up . I was asked several times by the staff which funeral home. I even asked the lady at the front desk if there was anything I needed to do or sign . They told me they would take care of it . Only to get a call at noon asking me again what funeral home because she had not been picked up. I said I thought you were calling them . Umm I am not sure we can do that. But I can call and see. Needless to say the could and then we ended up both calling. The only reason we choose this rehab was because my mom's primary care Dr was a doctor that visits patients at this location. That obviously didn't help her recovery. She only saw her once the 10 days she was there. Do not recommend
