After open heart surgery, nebulizer was delivered to my house in Payson, was told no charge insurance covers it. 6 months later I get bill from Lincare (preferred homecare) for a rental fee! Impossible to get a person at 480# or 888# I gave up after waiting for 45 minutes for rep to answer (billing and every other dept) they were closed. Had answering service. Ridiculous way to operate a company.

The customer service is beyond horrible. It took me 25 hours to recieve a new oxygenator after mine quit working. I was close to running out of bottles. I guess they don’t care if you run out. Pretty serious when your life depends on oxygen. If I could get supplies somewhere else I would.

The lack of customer service is horrible. They do not return calls, they don't inform providers that an employee who receives direct faxes has left, so patients go without. They would rather a patient die than to do actual work. its all about the money and not patient health. This is after 12 years of working with them as I have no choice. In fact, what they have refused, I was able to get with 24 hrs of moving to another states - same records.

I had to go to payson Arizona to take care of my dad after a medical emergency which is two hours from home. I ran out of oxygen while there. The lady working here I think her name is Joyce was so kind and had me set up the same day. I wish I got this service at home. This lady gives preferred home care a good name. God bless her. Thank you.

I went on a 3 day vacation to Payson on June 7 not realizing how much the change in altitude from Phoenix would affect me. I had only brought along 3 small portable oxygen tanks for the three days. By the second morning there, I needed a lot more oxygen. I called the Preffered office in Kingman and spoke to Chris who was able to set up a lot of portable oxygen to be available for me in Payson. He kept me apprised over hours of the arrival of my oxygen. Even tho there is only one employee in Payson, namedJoyce, I got my oxygen. Joyce went above and beyond, around her daily deliveries to personally help me get more oxygen from the warehouse. I am forever grateful.
