I was told by the Dr’s office that they are unreliable. You may have to wait. Well Kingman who are we to turn to if Medicare covers this insane outfit. Here I am with knee injuries (yes both knees)! You know people here, in medical better step up to the plate . I’m getting quite frustrated with your lack of knowledge and education!!!!!!! Actually thought STAT WAS MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ACCOMMODATING, but you need to pay. So worth it just to pay with no aggravating long waits on the phone. Preferred Home Depot Health are not SMART!!

I have been using preferred home care since 2019. They have always been unreliable. And most of the time they don’t know what they are doing. This last few years they have stopped giving the 50 foot tubing, and they give one 25 foot with several cannulas. The quality of these products are cheap and terrible. The cannulas choke you by twisting constantly. I need 50 feet of tubing to get around my house. Making cutbacks and the elder customers get the end of the stick. No body cares for people that are seniors and have medical problems. This company doesn’t care. All they care about is their money. This place never changes. Still cheap tubing & very cheap cannulas. The cannulas twist and choke you, they also break. And it’s pathetic that you get the same response on all of these reviews. So that means it’s all automated. This company has become pathetic. And unfortunately it’s the only one here.

My guy has been dealing with this company since October! 9 months of Hell! He was told a months ago, (after going to their office) they needed more chart notes and paperwork from two different doctors. He went personally and got the paperwork. Now he went to see what's happening, the order was CANCELED for lack of paperwork! North County Healthcare called to tell him, "Call them every day" to find out where it is. So, Preferred Home Care, never told anyone, they canceled the order! "What do I have to do, die to get help" the receptionist assured him, he wouldn't die without his C-pap! Obviously, she doesn't know what a C-pap machine is for! Obstructive Sleep, MEANS YOU STOP BREATHING! You can't get through by phone. It answers, or picks up, but then, no one talks and the phone hangs up! This place really isn't helping Kingman, most people are retired or low income and have to deal with THIS? SHAME ON YOU!

I've been waiting since March of 2024 for my bi pac. I've been told after each of my many calls the same thing, "the machine is ready but the respatory therapist needs to set up an appointment." But he/she never calls me.
