Very pieceful place.. My mom has been in Her apartment for 8 years and she loves it and all of her neighbors...

I talked to Kimberly. She answered all of my questions. She said if I needed assistance filling out app or getting documents needed she could help. She was very calming, professional and listened to me questions.

My friend applied and was called and told she was next but they needed papers from social security and others so my friend set about getting what they requested went back and was told they didn't have a manager and someone from Phoenix would be down. In the meantime she had a rejection letter arrive so when she went to meet the woman from Phoenix she was told I don't want to talk to you. My friend left in tears, totally unlike her and someone needs to know that people are being treated like this even if they don't qualify for some reason. My friend has good credit, no criminal record and long term residency in her home.
