It is disappointing that Preferred is closing. They have excellent service. Chris has been very helpful and came right out when my concentrator stopped working, I've never had to wait for anything I've needed. I'm having an extremely difficult time getting started with another company for my oxygen and CPAP needs, the other company has terrible customer service, they say one thing and do nothing. Preferred will be missed in this community. There is no other company in my area that will give the excellent service that Preferred has always given.
