The staff is amazing with so much patience and kindness towards the residents! It is like a family! They have all kinds of events for the families to come and participate. I have worked with this population and know it can be extremely difficult and exhausting. I appreciate this staff so much and know my mom is getting great care!

The help there is unbelievably awesome. There's a guy named Elvis and two high school age girls and I am kicking myself for not getting their names. One was tall and thin with dark hair the other blonde and petite. Anyways I spent four nights sitting with my mom before she died, (stuff like that is always hard but my family makes it ten times harder) but these three especially were professional yet sympathetic. Very very kind. But that's not all at all. As I sat in the room I was mostly awake so could hear them talking to patients a lot for four nights. In the middle of the night through the early morning hours, they treated and talked to the residents so nice and patient. It was really heartwarming to listen to. I just can't say enough good about all of the employees, especially the three I mentioned. Makes a person feel better knowing there's people like these three taking care of someone's loved ones. They all deserve raises and promotions

Our Mom resided at prarie senior cottages in New richland, MN. The staff there are amazing. Missy and the staff there took such good care of our Mom. I had heard great things about New Richlands memory care, and that's why we wanted our Mom to go there, now I can say from experience- they are awesome!

My Father in Law has been a resident here for about 18 months and this has been a very nice experience for him and our family. Excellent care gentle compassionate loving attitude. Just top notch care all around. My wife and I live in Missouri and we are updated on his condition as he is on hospice at the current time. The employees of this facility are very kind and considerate. May God Bless this facility! Highly recommended for the people of Minnesota.
