I give Pontotoc Health and Rehab a 5 star rating for taking excellent care of my Dad, for responding quickly to any problem, and working continuously to make sure the problems with Dad's insurance are resolved. A special Thanks to Abby and Donna for the extra effort in the past and the present when dealing with the insurance company.

My experience is but a small snapshot of 30 minutes. In my limited experience, the staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean with no smells of body waste. The workers were respectful to the residents and appeared to be working busily during our visit.

I’ll be honest, I was very reluctant when we drove up. Nursing Homes give me the creeps. That being said, the facility was remarkably clean, the staff was super friendly, but above all the patients are loved and well taken care of. It was truly a breath of fresh air. Thanks Pontotoc Health and Rehab Center. Job Well Done!!
