Broken ankle rehab. Nothing but the best of care. All staff have been positive and very likeable. Extremely clean facility. Food has been nothing but spectacular. Physical therapy is top rate and thorough. A relative came and on the spot would choose PCCC if needed. I highly recommend to one and all.

I stayed here after my back surgery. My time there was haunted by some uncaring staff. When I first arrived, I was transferred there from the hospital, i was rolled into my room and just left there. The nurse came in and introduced herself to me and then left. I sat in the wheelchair for about a half hour. I was in a hospital gown. It was cold in the room and i had no buzzer to call somebody. I had to yell until some one finally came in. Mind you i had just had major back surgery and could not get up on my own yet. My bath time was very sporadic. I went 5 days without a bath. When I asked for one I was told it's not my day. They go by what room number you have. When asked to help me to the bathroom they put an adult diaper on me and told me just to go in the diaper. I was just there for physical therapy. I'm an independent person. These occurrences only happened when 2 of my 4 aides were working. The other 2 aids were fantastic (thank you Brenda and Bri. Ya'll were great). Physical therapy was fantastic. They did their jobs and also made it fun. They made you feel like part of a family. I can't say enough about them. They have a comradory that makes you want to do the exercises to please them. Very down to earth people. Thank Ya'll very much for making my time in Physical therapy fun. All the nurses were great. I didn't have as much interaction with them. Thank you for always being on time. Overall my time there was OK. I got very depressed there. If it wasn't for the fact that most of the people there were very nice and I couldn't walk on my own yet, I would have left. A couple of times I actually asked my children to come and get me. Overall I would say it's a nice place. It's pleasant to look at look at. The rooms are nice. I would not want to stay there for too long.
