If I could put 0 starts I would. Don’t put anyone in this nursing home if you love them! Danny is a wonderful person and tries to make this place the best but Francine likes to cover up things that happen in this facility and she talks about her employees! Francine also lets the CNA’s that’s been there for awhile bully the new CNA’s and she wonders why they don’t have many CNA’s.

My mother is currently in this facility and everything is great except right now she has been put in a room with someone that does not turn the light off at night so that she can rest. The staff tells me that it's the lady's right to stay up all night and keep my mother awake. Does my mother not have a right to get some rest in a shared room? Is she sharing the room or is she at the mercy of the resident that was already there? My mother is there for rehab, which she's been trying to get for 8 months at various rehab facilities following repeated hospital visits. She's only been here 3 days and this is the only issue so far. This review is pending resolution that is supposedly underway by the admissions team.

My mother was a resident for 3 years at Pleasant Valley. Everyone was loving and supportive of our needs. I don’t think you can find anyone in Muskogee who care for the residents more than Danny, Britton and Kelly. Thank you to all the staff who took such good care of Mom. Judy Antonioni & family.

The staff, especially Kelly, goes above and beyond their duties as caretakers. I have a special story and Kelly is the hero in it. Thank you Pleasant Valley for taking such great care of my step father and providing such great staff! I'll be forever grateful for the kindness and support I was given.

If you really care about your loved ones you would not take them to Pleasant Valley. I had my grandma there for 7 months. The care there is a joke. My grandma was taken to the hospital and they found 2 open wounds and she was septic. We were not notified about the second wound and we were told the old wound was nothing to worry about. She couldn't even get help to get up and go to the bathroom she fell 2 times trying to go by herself. She never had water anytime we would go visit her we were having to get it for her ourselves.
