I would have to say my brother is in there and he has a skin disease that he struggles with for his whole life never took care of it but since he’s been at plaza west they were welcoming and helpful and he looks the best that he has ever looked he gets his regular showers and he says the staff is prompt when answering his call light he said that the social worker was fast at getting his room moved I appreciate everything y’all are doing for my brother he looks really good!!!!!

Wonderful experience! Staff was well trained and made me feel safe while doing exercises to get me ready to be dismissed. The facility was clean and orderly. When I would have trouble sleeping someone would come by with a beverage and a few kind words. Shirley was wonderful when I would get anxious she was right there to set me straight on what to expect. When I needed changed and couldn’t do it myself the staff treated me with dignity and respect. I will miss the staff and hope to stay in touch after I am dismissed. I would recommend this facility to anyone wanting the best care.I was in the rehabilitation side and loved everyone that was full-time. All I can say is “thank you Plaza West”

Plaza West is full of hard working and dedicated employees. The Residents make it a fun place to visit. The staff works hard to ensure that the Residents get the quality care that they need with the staff that show up and give over 100%. There are days that are not perfect, as with any job. Yet, this Facility does everything within their power to ensure a quality of life that is memorable. Plaza West always welcome Volunteers and always open to suggestions on how to be a better Facility.

As a fairly new resident of plaza west the staff are extremely efficient. Because of the activities department I have a good time. We have gone on outings, baseball games and shopping. Zoo trips and photo shoots. I love the glamour shots and pirate photos. This make my stay here enjoyable.

My husband and I love that his grandma is there and can rest knowing she is well taken care of by the staff, and takes part in many activities, and we always love when we get to see pictures! You can always see how much she enjoys the activities or dressing up! Thank you to all of the staff that care for the residents and to the activities department for the wonderful pictures we get to treasure for years to come!
