My father was there due to having a stroke and needing extra care, left side is paralyzed and he was left alone in the shower and he fell! He got hurt and they never called us to let us know about this accident!! Until my mom arrived almost an hr later they told her he had fallen. He was left unsupervised in the shower even tho he had a fall risk bracelet!! Alot more happened but this is the main reason we had to pull him out of there!! Admin and supervisor were careless about this!!
