When I first knew my mom was going to a skilled nursing facility a nurse from Sutter Delta Hospital recommended Diamond Ridge. As considered son I did a little research on the facility in person. The first person I encountered was Zina Blackwood whom I have to say was very impressive in giving me a preview of what was to be expected. I then returned the day before my mom's arrival and spoke with Jade who gave me a tour of the facility and answered all questions I had. After my mom's arrival I have to say the care and attention that my mom has been receiving as well as keeping me posted on her progress as well as her concerns making sure I was aware of everything she was going through as far as doctor appointments or medication changes nothing was too small. I'd like to acknowledge the people that were instrumental in my mom's progressive rehabilitation are Jade whom I've seen each and every time I'm there which is just about every day makes everyone there feel like a VIP. Cindy is my go to girl every time I'm there and makes herself available when I need to talk to her. Zina is my liaison with who ever is on the floor and makes sure that me or who ever I'm dealing with at that time understands what needs to be done. Also I say enough about Jim and Alexis who have helped her with her therapy. Then there's MJ the social worker and her team that keep me informed through phone calls as well as when she knows I'm there MJ will go out her way to talk with me in person. I must say if attitude reflects leadership then Crystal is doing a wonderful job and should be very proud of these individuals I've mentioned. I appreciate you and thank you for all that you're doing and have done.

Diamond Ridge HC, actually surprised me. I saw plenty of nurses, the place was clean, did not smell like other places I been to. Is up-to-date, the people were friendly as well as the staff. The receptionist was courteous. This place looks well managed. Very clean.
