Located in a beautiful residential neighborhood, among so many wonderful trails to explore! However, that being said, the manager is only so so, as far as getting things done. With all the glowing reviews, left by those who don't live here, I certainly did not expect to be dealing with the thieving that goes on here and has been a problem for sometime…with items disappearing from hallways and packages being taken from the mail room when left unattended, even to the point where nothing is safe and items dissapear the minute you turn your back. Move someplace safe where security cameras are in place to keep people honest because you won't find that here!

I like the location and all the walking trails my mother has access too. But theft has been a problem for her at Pioneer Village. She has had her wallet and phone stolen twice, and they both were taken in the common areas. They need better security.

Went to visit grandma. She's happy to have her own space. She loves the other residents and the time she can spend with them. I liked the security that she has her own code to enter the building.
