There is no shortage negative assisted living facility stories. While no facility is perfect, The Pinnacles At Burton's staff, including reception, caregivers, medtech, kitchen, maintenance and administration are all very caring and accommodating people. They ultimately want the best for their residents, who often have a variety of physical and/or mental challenges, myself being no exception. There are daily activities, occasional outings, good food three times per day and a car plus a driver to take you where you need to go. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend The Pinnacles At Burton
