Wow. Incredibly necessary for our family. Steven & Ema were knowledgeable and amazingly gentle with our mom. Caregivers, especially, Kareen who is an angel, were consistent with excellent care all the way to the end. Our family felt heard, valued, supported during a difficult time. I knew our mom was getting the very best possible care. Ten out of ten stars. Highly recommend.

Pinnacle Peak Assisted Living is an excellent place for a loved one needing care. We placed my mom there when she was in the end stages of Alzheimer’s disease. Ema, Steve, and everyone else on the staff treated her with the utmost kindness and professionalism through her entire stay. They were on top of every change in her condition, and they communicated with us promptly and clearly about all aspects of her care. They treated her like a member of their family. The entire facility is clean, sanitary, and peaceful. We could not have found a better place for my mom to spend her final days. I can’t thank everyone at Pinnacle Peak enough for everything they did for her.

So thankful to have found PPAL for my dad! I knew the moment I stepped inside & met Steve & Ema that this would become my dad’s new home. They’re warm, caring, experienced professionals. Their home, located in a very nice neighborhood in north Scottsdale, is beautiful, well maintained & clean. They have a “family” of caregivers who are all wonderful people that care for my dad’s needs & challenges & put a smile on his face!

We are very pleased with our father’s experience at Pinnacle Peak Assisted Living. It’s never easy to have to place a loved one in living situation out of the house but we have peace of mind that he is safe, well cared for, and comfortable. Ema and Steve, the owners, are very hands on and obviously take pride in their establishment; they are attentive to detail and very responsive if there are questions or issues. The staff is attentive, competent, warm, and patient. The place itself is immaculate, well equipped, and attractive, indoors and out.

My mother has been at Pinnacle Peak Assisted Living for two weeks now. The love and care she has received has been more than I could hope for! The owners, Steven and Ema have the biggest hearts and are so invested in what they do! Their staff is amazing as well! Knowing that my mom is safe, and has 24/7 care at her fingertips is such a secure and wonderful blessing! This place has many ways for the residents to get involved in activities and to socialize, and also the autonomy to spend time alone if they want. The staff keeps tabs on where they are at all times, There are many areas outside of the facility contained in the fenced in property that they can go to relax at, either to spend time alone, or to socialize with another.
