Admittance staff here were extremely rude and condescending! Felt very discriminated against in many ways! Took a tour myself first, then brought my Mom in. Thought maybe it was just a bad first impression. After 2nd visit and many phonecalls and a lot of consideration, I wouldn"t ever return, or even have them care for a pet, let alone my Mother! After talking to many others, I realized they are getting quite a reputation, and it's not good! Much better facilities out there. I found a gem of a facility finally, it was a blessing they treated us poorly. God had a better plan for my Mom.

Do NOT send your loved ones here unless u want them abused and neglected. My grandmother was in this place and tried to call 911 several times for extreme back pain and they made her WALK to get what she needed, took her cell phone away when she called 911 and they told dispatch that she was basically crazy. A few days later this place contacted my mother to let her know my grandma was having issues and needed to go to ER. So my MOM had to drive there, get her and take her to the hospital where she found out my gma had a fractured back. And was told she is NOT allowed to ever call 911. She had wet herself in bed due to not being able to get up because of the pain. The nurses never cleaned her or bathed her. This is truly the most heartbreaking thing we have had to go through. And if it happend to mine, it's probably happening or gonna happen to yours. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE. My mother actually WITNESSED the staff giving patients other peoples medication when theirs had run out. This place need a very thorough investigation and something needs to be done! This is SICK!
