Visiting a family member today and have already been thinking about removing them because of the environment! To top it off i overheard a male nurse screaming “I hate this place, I hate this place”! No one corrected him while he was screaming at another nurse. I’m so disappointed in this place.

I'm basing my rating solely on my experience with trying to communicate with the social worker Steve. I've been trying to transfer my mother out of this facility and have sent all requested paperwork, yet my messages have been left unanswered. The communication is horrible. **I've called the customer care line twice and I'm not even sure if what I said was documented.** Natalie is a nightmare to work with and is completely untrustworthy, claiming she was not able to "see the paper work" I sent in, she refused to give the new facility my moms medical records. These people do not care about the well being of their patients, they care about money!!! Do not send your loved one here!!
