Mom and I took a tour yesterday. We felt good right from the start. It felt very warm and welcoming. It was very clean and the staff was great. Cheryl at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart. DiDi took us on our tour and she was amazing. She made us feel at home, very knowledgeable and put mom and I at ease. Thank you

I recently helped another client move into Pine Ridge of Garfield Independent Senior Living Community and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The newly remodeled space has a beautiful, modern, high-end feel, and the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Executive Director Rob Rowan went above and beyond—working closely with us to secure a first-floor apartment with a walkout to the garden, which made the transition so much easier and more comfortable. Then the Director of Sales, Theresa Morris, always made time when my client had questions creating a very open atmosphere.<br><br>As someone who works specifically with seniors, I’m truly proud of how they care for their residents. The team knows everyone by name, creating a warm, supportive, and personal environment that gives families real peace of mind. Pine Ridge of Garfield is top notch. It has offered alot. You get housekeeping, meals, utilities, and great events. I don't know of many others that shuttle to mass on the weekend. My brother has a delicious breakfast every day, his card club, and friends. I am very happy!

We’ve been with Pine Ridge since 2021 and was extremely happy with the service until recently. Rent goes up randomly with little to no changes. When I asked about rent going up I got no response from the management. Rent started around $2600 and by the time we left pine ridge it was $3600/month for the same (or less) amount of care. The new management team is great at selling the facility but If you are smart I’d steer clear and find a better place to live or have your loved one stay. The food went from outstanding to sub par, they seem to pick and choose whose new “rules” apply to, ect. The staff was always amazing and friendly but with the new management this place has gone down hill fast. They paint a great compassionate picture when showing new apartments to potential people wanting to move in but it’s new system is hardly compassionate at all. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff (who we have known for years) are always looking out for us, helping us, and we’re so caring. It seems the new management team only cares about rules and making a profit not the residents or staff. I’d highly suggest finding somewhere else to spend your money.

My mother has been living here since May 2024. She and our family (but especially Mom) have been *very pleased* with her care from Pine Ridge's attentive staff and the community feel that has been fostered there (through two different Managers since moving in).<br>The entire facility and grounds are clean and well cared for, too, which we value and greatly appreciate.<br>Mom's very nice apartment is situated along the backside of the property that overlooks trees and a privacy fence, as opposed to some that face the Garfield Road...so we all really like that.<br>Mom is very happy with the daily food options and Menu, always telling me that "it was good" (when I ask) ...also knowing that she can special order meals if the featured dish being served that particular meal isn't what she wanted to have.<br>Also, the convenient and appreciated weekly room cleaning and laundry services are provided in the very reasonable monthly fee.<br>What I know with 100% certainty is that our family feels extremely fortunate to have discovered this home for a very special woman.
