My mother passed away in this faculty in september. Screaming out for help. They found her on the ground after leaving for 5 to 10 minutes when they knew that she had severe dementia. They didn't have a vest on for her real heart pump launched out of her. She also had severe kidney failure.

This place is a zero, I just had a chance to write our experience, my husband was at pine ridge only 3 days!!, about a year ago. He suffered there horribly. The staff does not care until a accident happens. As soon as we got there the buzzer never worked, wich btw is what the residents heavily rely on. My husband was thin, weak, and in a wheelchair. The therapist on purpose would have him do exercises that he could/should not perform, when I called her out on it, all she did was argue back. One of the days my husband was soiled on himself and the diaper was swollen who knows for how long. Finally! Last straw, he fell. No buzzer, they found him around midnight. Next day they never even checked him!!, he had cuts on his ribs and legs, he could have had a concussion. I had to tell them to call ambulance, they can send him to hospital for xrays. They told me no need for ambulance they had xray machine there....(the whole time). They never even tried to do xrays lack of empathy this facility has for the welfare of the residents. If you care for your love ones do not take them here.

Great facility with good staff and great leadership that provided excellent Care to me during my stay. This place is very well run. I was at Pine Ridge for almost 2 months in room 32 recovering from a bad fall I had at home and was sent there after an 8 day stay at the Hospital. Very thankful for all the staff who took care of me and the rehab staff that got me back on my feet a lot stronger. Kind, friendly and caring staff. Had one issue with food and the problem was solved right away. Parking was a little challenging at times for my visitors but it wasn’t a concern at all. Only great things to say and nothing bad to say about this Facility.

Highly recommend Pine Ridge Care Center. Was referred to Pine Ridge from the Hospital and they came highly recommended due to their CMS 5-star rating. Their ratings across the board are phenomenal. Some of the reviews were not so good, but I understand people can lie but I trusted their rating from CMS. I was there for 6 weeks of Iv therapy and physical therapy. The staff were so kind and always checked on me. The Administrator named Mike and the DON spoke to me regularly which always made me feel so comfortable there. I recovered well and back home. If needed again, I would surely go back to Pine Ridge. Thank you so much for your care and I wish all of you happy holidays.

Problem was same name different state had 4 stars and we didn't see that and UNFORTUNATELY picked this place. UNSKILLED nursing facility. Everything from the food on up is just terrible. If you have someone you love set up home care. ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Side note wound care seems ok. Update.. Most issues became Slightly less as we were complaining so often or at least when someone is there with "patient". Even now though when we are there with patient we still wait sometimes 45-60 minutes after pressing the call button unless we corral staff
