My wife was here for rehab. Can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone, from the management down to the cleaning staff were kind, pleasant, and professional. I highly recommend them if your family is in need of care.

Can't thank the staff enough for their efforts in behalf of my mom's care and rehabilitation, from start to finish! Justin broke out of a meeting he was holding to introduce himself to us when we first arrived, it spoke volumes about him as an individual and an administrator. The manager, Kim, made the transition both in and out of P.G. seamless. She was very helpful and accessible answering questions and attaining resources for my mom's after care and rehabilitation. Thank you, Kim! A big shout out to all of the aides and orderlies (or PCT's) that took care of her routine needs. All of them were very sweet, patient, and tender with mom, and she loved them all. A+ guys, thank you! All of the Nursing staff were very thorough in their care and treatment of her. Very professional, pleasant, and gentle during their evaluations and procedures. They did a good job of keeping me informed of any developments during her stay. The nurse that discharged mom did an excellent job of preparing and organizing her medications. Another of my mom's favorite groups at PG.Thank you, ladies! The Cafeteria Staff service at PG was awesome. Always friendly and helpful at the spur of the moment, they took care of everything with a smile. The food was great, a shout out to Lois and Lakeisia and the others responsible for it's preparation. Mom's favorite was the cornbread, hands down. Said she wouldn't have minded having it morning, noon, and night! Also the beef tips and gravy (my favorite) were great on everything. Chicken and spaghetti, as well as the chicken salad, were also excellent. As a visitor, the food was great, reasonably-priced, and convenient, especially vs. getting fast food locally. Thank you again for your great service! My final thanks goes to the Rehab staff at PG. All of the staff were patient, gentle, and informative as to mom's progress, which was steady throughout her stay. She enjoyed working with all of them, and stayed engaged and motivated during the various exercises, a credit to the staff's positive attitude and pleasant demeanor. An additional thanks to Phillip's shuttle service of mom, especially bringing her from NMC, and his patience that day. Greatly appreciated! Thank you all for making my mom's stay a very pleasant experience! If the need arises again (hopefully not), we'll definitely be reaching out you folks!

Pine grove is a great place to send your loved one whether it’s for rehabilitation to go back home or a place live out those remaining days. Staff is very competent and compassionate. The Administrator, Justin, is very welcoming, responsive and easy to deal with. He has your loved one’s best interests at heart.

Selected this facility for my grandmother's aftercare and rehabilitation due to a hip replacement. My grandmother loved the food and said everyone was very nice and professional. The staff was very attentive and also kept me updated or informed of any changes my grandmother may have encountered . If my grandmother has to have a facilty again (which I pray never happens), we will be selecting Pine Grove!
