As a retired nurse, I have had contact with many, many nursing homes in Ashtabula County. I have a very close friend that is in Pine Grove and I must say this is by far one of the best nursing homes I have ever dealt with the staff is caring. The building is clean and doesn't smell nasty like some do I highly recommend their services. They truly care about their clients.
