The staff at Geneva Center has been very kind and caring with my mother. The facility is always clean and smells nice, which is something our family really notices and appreciates. There are also lots of activities for the residents, which helps keep her involved and active. We appreciate the care, attention, and hard work from the nurses and staff each day.

Awesome place to be. The food is great. The staff is amazing and very helpful. I absolutely love the activities they provide for us. And therapy here was so fast and got me started right away. Thank you everyone for all you do for me.

I have been to many facilities over the years, and this was by far the best one. The care was outstanding, and the staff was compassionate, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. I felt well taken care of every step of the way. I would absolutely return if needed and highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for excellent care.

Horrible. Daughter was screaming in pain, she begged for 3 days for them to call 911 to take her back to hospital due to her gangrene in her big toe spreading to other toes. They refused to call, stating "oh they'll just send you right back here anyhow, so no sense going," Totally ridiculous. Received zero wound care for her foot, Doctor was in once and upped pain prescriptions but didn't examine foot. Bedpan dumped in shower instead of toilet, buzzer not answered in a timely manner, sometimes took at least ½ hour for anyone to respond. Wasn't even given a boot for warmth and to keep blanket off her toes until she finally asked the head nurse for one. When she finally called 911 herself, the ER doctor was appalled that no one had given any care to her foot and the gangrene had now spread to 3 other toes. She was probably going to lose her big toe, now due to the gross negligence she may lose the entire front half of her foot!
