Horrible customer service for my father who is recently home from the hospital and in need of a few HC check-ins. The nurses called after 8pm sometimes the day before a visit was to happen… who does that?! Then proceeded to show up 45 min late to the appt that next day without any curtesy call. I’ve never heard of a company that doesn’t call well enough ahead to schedule appts so we can put them on a calendar… let alone call so late at night. Very poor eye contact and compassion during visits. Very poor assessment skills done by the LPN. Literally in and out of the home in less than 10-15 min per visit. If you want an actual CAREgiver to serve you… choose another agency if you have the choice. Very disappointing….
