This is the worst company to deal with!!! The management team is awful and very rude. They are very unprofessional. My family member was left multiple times without care. I wasn’t even aware until a neighbor called me. My family member was left alone until I could get to her. She was soaking wet from her shoulders all the way to her feet. This is unacceptable behavior. They still charged us for care that wasn’t provided. I don’t recommend this company to anyone!!!

Working here has been extremely disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and communication from management. Communication with employees is almost nonexistent, and when there is communication, it is often handled very poorly and unprofessionally. Staff are frequently left without guidance or support in difficult situations. Instead of taking accountability and addressing issues properly, management tends to place blame on employees rather than communicate effectively or work toward solutions. Employees deserve clear communication, respect, and support, especially in stressful situations, and unfortunately that has not been the experience here. A workplace cannot function well when staff feel unheard, unsupported, and blamed instead of valued.

We have been using the services of Perfect Fit Skiatook for about 8 months now to provide extra care for our 97 year old grandfather. Hannah has gone above and beyond to make sure that we have great caregivers and she has been very flexible when our needs have changed. Highly recommend.

I know the owner, Hannah, and have personally referred clients to her company over the last year. One client was my Great-Aunt and the care she received was top-notch. I also referred a client who needed care for a disabled spouse and they were very happy with the excellent care they received. Hannah's team goes above and beyond for their clients. Hannah will always do what is right for the client, she is a person of integrity and deeply cares for others. Highly recommend Perfect Fit!

Perfect Fit Home Care is tremendous. They have a real understanding of working with the aging population, using redirecting techniques. The staff is well trained, compassionate, and professional.
