Denise at Peregrine Delmar Place was absolutely fantastic in helping us tour and navigate the intake process. Delmar place is a fantastic place. They treat their residents with such cheerful smiles and great respect. I can absolutely refer anyone to this wonderful place. It’s a blessing.

Peregrine Senior Living at Delmar Place has given our family tremendous peace of mind. The staff are compassionate, dedicated, and highly competent, and they take wonderful care of my mom. Communication is easy and responsive, so I always feel informed and reassured.<br><br>Residents enjoy a wide variety of activities, as well as special features such as the koi pond and opportunities to garden. The building is beautiful and well maintained, with spacious rooms and a lovely dining room. Its location in the charming town of Delmar is another plus, especially since it is close to my mom’s doctors. Transportation is also provided, making appointments and outings much easier.<br><br>Most importantly, I’m deeply grateful for the sense of relief that comes from knowing my mom is safe, supported, and genuinely well cared for. I highly recommend Peregrine Senior Living at Delmar Place.

The team at Peregrine Senior Living at Delmar are unbelievably compassionate and dedicated to their residents and families.
