My mother was constantly neglected and abused by the Aides and Nurses. The Administrative team did nothing to rectify the abuse and neglect that happened. It was so bad that she ended up in the hospital and when she was released she ended up with another breakdown. The staff is TERRIBLE! Although all staff aren't bad, but 99% are. Social Services doesn't care either. They are just there for checks. I have seen lazy people, but this takes laziness to another level and Blake the Administrator doesn't care. This is all facts and I have receipts.

The employees of Pensacola Nursing and Rehabilitation Center were so kind towards us. When we needed help they were there. The staff from admin. to business, social worker, NP and tech’s opened their door and took great care of my mother-in-law! They are very knowledgeable, professional and caring. This was our third facility but they were the best by far. We will be ever so grateful for their service. Highly recommend. Thank you: Ellie, Sade, Alexis, Kit, and Felicia. You blessed us all beyond measure!!!! It is Alicea not Felicia. :) sorry
