Worst Administrative Staff I have ever dealt with. Of the 15 people that we interacted with - exactly two had any sort of care for any of the patents. Admin was negligent on informing us of anything. Fortunately we had friends and family that helped us avoid some serious issues. This place is a death trap for those that don’t have any other choice. Don’t go here.

If you want your loved one to pass away, by all means, place them here. However, if you want them to be properly cared for and treated with respect, find other resources. I am truly in awe that this establishment is still open, given the alarming reviews. Unfortunately, I lost my grandmother in October due to their negligence. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PLACE. Your loved one’s life is too precious to risk here.

The patients are the only thing good about these places. With that being said make sure you visit and check on your family dailly especially if they cant speak or talk good. The CNA's and Nurses does nothing in this building and have the nerves to work doubles 5 and 6 dsys a week. Long nails and hair that is not even allowed in the medical field. Med tech are useless to facilty they just sit around looking lost. I literally watch a patient beg them to help him he was choking nobody looked his way, they said if you're talking your not choking. He and roomate proceeded in trying to get it out, he stick spoon down throat and out come a big chunck of ice[smdh]. Its really sad to watch. They are very rude and ruff with those patients, get mad at the ones that can speak up for themselves.NO THERPHY is getting done I dont care what they tell you, if you dont see it_ it didnt happen. They want get change but 3 times a day once per shift no matter what, and they dont give fresh water every shift because they want them use the bathroom less. The straw that broke the camel back was being threaten by one of these ppl and nothing was said or done but mad at me because I was ready to defend myself(at all cost). DON doesnt care about nothing but being in postion like most but not doing anything with the postion and admin aswell after the actions she took after being told what was going on.[NOTHING] The facilty is full of drugies working there nuses and all that might be why things are ran like they are. I just pray those patients get the attention they truly needs. Signed a compationate CNA [rare]

Most residents seem to be Happy and feel at home. Activity program is the best I have EVER witnessed in a long term care. Rehab is top notch. Receptionist is always polite and eager to assist you. The building itself is old so don’t judge a book by its cover. The floors are cleaned EVERY DAY! Anytime you walk in there is some cleaning floors. The Director of nursing really listens to the family members regarding any positive or negative feedback. She is there to make the family and their loved one have the best experience while having to make a decision to move to a long term community. None of us ever want to get to a time in our life that we have to make a decision that our loved one can’t live at home by themselves any longer, but it happens and this one I can say goes above and beyond making the experience the best possible.

My mother was there for two years. Her doctor sent an order for a soft diet, the next meal she had was a bun with a cold piece of chicken on top. She was supposed to be turned every hour to prevent bedsores, this didn't happen the wedges were in her chair where they stayed. The State needs to step in remove patients and fine this facility.
