I would give a negative five stars if I could!! Unlike Jodi from three years ago, I'm not going to watch my mother have to die because of this facility! I'm not sitting still while she is neglected and abused. She's being given medication that was not ordered for her (nurses were never reported by facility... I had to report them), a compression sore that she had to have surgery on (became six inches wide and four inches deep), several horrific staff members (some have been physically abusive and some have been verbally/emotionally abusive), and admin/corporate that are only looking out for themselves. She was only there for "rehab" but the neglect has set her back so much... she's been there over 8 months! No, Tracy Conner... I will not be reaching out to you again, and I am NOT going away! DO BETTER! THESE ARE HUMAN BEINGS!!! My dogs are treated better!!!
