We are writing this out of deep concern for our loved one and others living in this assisted living facility. What we have witnessed over time is not just disappointing it is alarming and, frankly, inhumane. The overall living conditions are unacceptable. Rooms and common areas are often unclean, basic hygiene standards are not consistently maintained, and residents appear neglected for extended periods. Our loved one has gone without proper care, including delayed assistance, missed hygiene routines, and a lack of attention to basic needs. No family should have to worry that their relative is being left in discomfort or unsafe conditions. Even more disturbing is the behavior of some staff members. There have been instances where staff appear impaired while on duty, and concerns about drug use occurring within the facility reportedly even in office areas have been raised. This creates an unsafe and unstable environment for vulnerable residents who depend on attentive and responsible care. Attempts to address these issues with management have gone nowhere. It is widely known that members of management are closely related, and there seems to be a pattern of dismissing or covering up complaints rather than addressing them. This lack of accountability makes it nearly impossible to see meaningful change or improvement. We strongly urge anyone considering this facility to look closely and ask hard questions. Families deserve transparency, and residents deserve dignity, safety, and proper care. At this point, we cannot recommend this facility to anyone seeking a safe place for their loved ones. Reply: It’s actually very alarming how your facility treats its residents, that’s the real issue here. The fact that you’re more concerned about when and how concerns were reported than addressing what’s happening says a lot. And just so we’re clear, these concerns didn’t come out of nowhere. If you’d like me to publicly share the photos I’ve been emailed that back this up, I’d be more than happy to do so. Maybe instead of questioning why this is being raised, you should focus on why it’s happening in the first place.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. To start off my Loved one stayed here for 2-3 years (now passed), the workers do not change residents briefs, hardly ever causing sores. Staff sit in the office and Talk all day. One worker didn't wear shoes. Dogs would roam around the building and drink out of kitchen dishes. Not very thorough cleaning. Never pay attention to residents and what they have in their rooms that they shouldn't. Extremely short staffed. One time the fire alarm went off and staff didn't help handicapped residents out of building. They last I knew they had had a fire in the building. Do not send your loved ones here!!

Do not send your loved ones here, place smells like pee, staff members constantly taking short cuts not enough staff to accommodate your loved ones needs, some residents don't get showers for weeks. Staff turn around is ridiculous. The food they provide the residents can't even chew half the time they didn't even eat it and are forced to go without. I watched a resident walk out of the locked facility and was roaming around the parking lot!!! Nobody comming to get her or even noticed she got out not ok! Do not do not send your loved ones here not a good place or company!!!

Do not take your LO there!! They sent my mom to the ER in a Taxi by herself! She has dementia and was having Stroke like symptoms including INCREASED CONFUSION! They don't take care of their residents. Can't put laundry away, don't clean rooms but once a week, don't even take garbage out but once a week. Rooms & Hallways stink like pee! The manager is lacking basic common sense. The rest of the staff is nice but they are understaffed for the type of care many of their residents need.
