I use Patients First for my 91 year old mom and I am very happy with everyone that has provided service to her. They have been very helpful and very respectful. We are very pleased with them.

I’m deeply disappointed by my experience at this hospital. The way the hospital treats its workers is appalling. During my visit, I witnessed staff members being overworked, dismissed by management when they asked for help, and treated with zero respect. This not only reflects poor leadership but affects the quality of care for patients. If the hospital can’t support its own staff, how can they be trusted to provide proper care? I hope the administration seriously reconsiders how they treat their employees because it's unacceptable

Staff were outstanding, the only thing I would like to see improve a little is the call the evening prior, would be nice to be able to set up a visit time earlier in the day, but I understand schedules change frequently in the Home Health world. Over all, I would highly recommend this company. I had therapy and nursing care, am now back to 100%! I hope I don't need HH services again, but if I do then I know who I will chose. Office staff were very helpful and accomodating also.
