TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!! If you care about your loved ones, DO NOT send them here. My uncle has been neglected here for YEARS and his records are deadlocked because they want us to PAY THOUSANDS TO ACCESS THEM! Calling the BBB soon, they need to be SHUTDOWN!

I am very unhappy I dropped my loved one off yesterday there. He didn’t have a phone in his room and they said he would have one last night so we could talk to him. I have been calling all day trying to talk to a nurse to see how he is and even left a message for them to call me and it’s been over. Hour now and still no call back.

The place shined and was absolutely lovely. The staff are sweet and honestly I was pleasantly surprised. The only negative is the bathroom is a Jack and Jill and was horrible. To the point where the whole bathroom needs to be repainted and scrubbed clean. May be they will work on the bathroom then it would perfect .

So my brother is here for rehab, the front desk staff is very nice and professional. I really like that he has his own room; and he is progressing nicely.

My primary experience is with Steve Hock who is always helpful in providing access to areas of interest involving fire protection and life safety systems. As an inspector, these systems are well maintained and always in good working order. I never have to move improperly stored materials that block access to critical equipment.
