I cannot say enough great things about Pasadena Park Healthcare! The staff here truly go above and beyond to make sure every resident feels cared for and supported. The nursing team is attentive, compassionate, and always available to answer any questions. They provide top-notch care and are dedicated to ensuring residents' comfort and well-being. The social worker at Pasadena Park is a gem, offering invaluable support and guidance to residents and their families. They are always approachable and work tirelessly to address any concerns, making the transition and stay as smooth as possible. The sales team is equally amazing, providing thorough information and making the entire admission process stress-free. Their professionalism and warmth truly stand out, creating a welcoming environment from the very first contact. Overall, Pasadena Park Healthcare is a wonderful facility with an outstanding staff who genuinely care about their residents. Highly recommended!

I find the care with 5 star quality , the professional accuity of the staff to be very good and compassionate. The environment is warm and inviting , and the most important is the safety. I feel the staff look out for the best interest of the residents. I can say this being a resident , as and as a clinical social worker I find this facility above and beyond with the care. I have been to other facilities and from my own experience the staff and therapist are person centered with professionalism and true efficiency.Also understanding we are human and sometimes are tough.

I spent almost 3 months at Pasadena Park Healthcare after two hospital stays and multiple surgeries. I can honestly say that I enjoyed nearly every minute I was there. (The very few minutes that I didn't enjoy were due to my own issues.) The entire staff, from administrators, nurses, physical therapists, food services and even housekeeping were kind, caring and professional. The facility is very well maintained, clean and attractive. I wish I could remember all the names of those I came into contact with, but Janette, Janelle, Julie and Leah are amazing, caregivers. There are so many others, and shame on me for not remembering their names. I'll be forever grateful for their kindness, and for simply putting up with me! The physical therapists are knowledgeable and very understanding of any specific individual needs I had. I'm grateful for their patience and efforts to get me back on my feet. I went from bedridden to nearly normal walking in the short time I was there. I highly recommend Pasadena Park Healthcare to anyone needing skilled nursing care. I actually miss being there, and if I ever need SNC again, I hope to receive it here.

This is the beautiful view from the room where my mother has been recovering. She has been very lovingly and well cared for in a clean and comfortable facility. Their physician and nursing care is excellent, as is Josefina, who coordinates appointments and transitional care. Sev, the administrator is capable as well as caring. I have been very happy to have my beloved mother there.
