I wish I could give a ZERO, the caretakers/nurses are careless, I see them standing around on their phones, while patients some with mental issues are screaming from top of their lungs asking for help, water or other things, no nurse to be found. DO NOT, DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE, it’s a dump, no phone in the rooms, the nurse call button on the bed doesn’t work it’s useless, this place is horrible, a sane person for rehabilitation will go mad here. I don’t know how this place hasn’t been shut down. HORRIBLE PLACE. I have to find a way to report to health department.

The staff members gather in a group and openly gossip about the patients and their family members. Maria (the night manager) specifically ignores requests for assistance and brushes it off with the excuse that she is "on break." She feels comfortably being openly rude to visitors who are trying to ask her for help.
