If I could give it a zero I would. Reason being I was transferred to another nursing home and hundreds of dollars worth of my items were not returned to me when my father went to pick up my belongings. Hygiene, food items, clothing etc. There are many people in there using drugs. Must of the staff are very unprofessional swearing at each other and talking horrible about many residents there. The food is always cold and delivered an hour before or after the beverage cart comes around. My roommate had Parkinson's and dementia and they never checked on him or changed him. He would mess himself and have feces all over his bed and it was like pulling teeth to get them to help him, if at all. I had numerous things stolen from me while residing there and after leaving there and the did not and have not done anything about it. If you are lucky there are a handful of staff that actually care and are there to do a good job. The rest are there just for a check, they do not care about the people under their care. There were numerous drug overdose in my time there and nothing was done about it, but they were sure concerned on restricting people for smoking marijuana which is legal. If you want your loved one to just hurry up and die, then send them here, it won't take long. This place is horrible and I'm glad I did what it took to get out of there and find somewhere else to go. This place is unlivable and they are thieves, I don't know how this place can keep its doors open!

Parkview Healthcare is truly a diamond in the rough. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares, they treat everyone like family. With welcoming environment that’s hard to find elsewhere.

There are new managers now in place who are clearly dedicated to making a real difference. You can see their commitment to positive change in the atmosphere and the way things are being improved every day.

While the building itself is older, looks can be deceiving. The facility is currently being remodeled, and it’s exciting to see. What really stands out, though is the heart and dedication of the people who work there.

Horrible place just rescued my dad from that nightmare. They had no running water when I got there and my dad was covered in his own fecies. He had only been there a couple days and was absolutely filthy
