Park Vista is a welcoming place, completely renovated to resemble a 5-star hotel. Gourmet food is served daily. The trained staff is friendly and always willing to help. Activities are tailored to each resident's needs. Any abnormalities are immediately reported to family members. My husband feels comfortable there and has made new friends.

I only like to write positive reviews and I wouldn't write a bad review unless it was truly deserved and felt the need to warn others. While there are good individual caregivers at Park Vista, overall this place is terrible and there are much better assisted living options for the same price. In three years of having our loved one at PV, they never actually did many of the items in our loved one's service plan (a legally binding contract) - even after several verbal and email discussions with the management. Most of the residents say that the food is generally not good. A medical professional who visits this place regularly told me that PV has always been this bad in their 10+ years of seeing residents there. Do not send your loved one here if you care about him or her. Shop around because there are much better options in terms of care and living quality for the money or less.

They treat they employees like garbage, they have a policy where the residence can refuse change and unfortunately some residents stay in there brief for more than a couple hours, some dementia Residence don’t get changed into different clothes for a couple days. Which is unbelievable!! The management sucks and how they run that place sucks.
