I have a mother who resides at Manchester Heights, and I wanted to share a positive experience we recently had. Last week, two maintenance technicians named J and Keem were extremely polite and professional while they were fixing a maintenance issue my mother had. It was clear they take pride in what they do and actually enjoy their jobs. They were completing the work as I was leaving the property, and I also noticed how respectfully and positively they interacted with other residents. It was really refreshing to see such friendly and engaging interactions within the community. Overall, it was a great experience, and I appreciate the level of professionalism they brought to their work.

Disgusting and disgraceful. Manchester Heights Senior Living Apartments has been dealing with an ongoing bed bug problem since August 2025, and management has failed to take the proper steps to fully resolve it. This has not been a one-time issue — it has been persistent, and residents continue to suffer the consequences. What makes this situation even worse is the lack of accountability. Tenants have not been offered rent discounts, temporary relocation, or any meaningful accommodations while living through an infestation that directly impacts their health, comfort, and peace of mind. For a senior living community especially, this level of neglect is unacceptable. Bed bugs are a serious issue, and the way this has been handled shows a complete disregard for residents’ well-being. No one — especially seniors — should be expected to live like this while still paying full rent. This situation is both disgusting and disgraceful, and management should be ashamed of how they’ve handled it.
