I've lived at Park View at Ellicott City since 2015, and I love my apartment. The grounds and the buildings are well maintained, with friendly Office and Maintenance personnel who are quick to respond to a request and do excellent work.

Terrible. Their sole elevator in the four story building has been out of service for over a week. Seniors, many disabled, have been trapped in their apartments, no food, no assistance, no laundry service. Enterprise has done NOTHING to help them, leaving one flyer telling them they can't say when it will be fixed and to call 911 if they need help. Management is invisible, off site, not answering their phones, not returning calls. People, their paying customers, are suffering.

Don't live there. They have a maintenance problem there. The maintenance guy likes to fight people and management don't do nothing about it. So if he treats regular civilians who are doing work on that property. How do u think he's gonna treat u as a resident.

I've lived here for three years now... My son and I visited many places before coming to this one... After our lengthy visit here, we were convinced that this one had the definite edge... Parkview at Ellicott City had a much more cheerful and welcoming atmosphere compared all of the others we'd seen. We noticed the residents were happy and glad to be here. In these three years I've grown ever more confident that I made the correct decision. I've met many excellent people here, including the staff and building technicians, who I now consider close and caring neighbors. It's very clean. The maintenance people are quite knowledgeable and friendly. I don't drive and I am satisfied with the numerous transportation services and the on-site salon.

If you are considering Park View I or II complex to move to and wish to have Cable, computer and telephone service it will be Comcast/XFINITY. The new monthly fee is $167.58 for December,2014. If you consider DIRECTIV Service, inquire with the property Manager before making the installation appointment regarding modification you will have to buy Liability Insurance in the amount of $500,000.00 for protection of Park View I or 11 apartment complex property of the dish. .
