The jig janitor tried to cut my throat with a box cutter. When the police showed they didn’t arrest him even though it’s all on video. Then the DA and my public defender covered it up. Very clean though.

Residents robbed when getting out if their cars. Building noises at night. Hard to get a good nights sleep. This was most heinous when I was recovering from surgery last year. Thin single pane windows result in very high energy bills. There are no ADA compliant apartments despite major renovations done in 1995. My car in parking lot was vandalized several times.

It looks quiet and ism so looking 4 that no steps need that but not looking 2 move untill August 1st

This is a nice affordable apartment for seniors. However I am very disappointed that when it is time for renewal the property management continues to raise the rent. There are several tenants who are on a fixed income and will not get a raise and or disable and cannot work. it is unfair to these people who can barely afford to live here and buy food as well. This should be taken into consideration, for the fact that the State of Maryland or Howard County does not help much with senior citizens or the disable that cannot get extra help or have family around. I know for a fact that there has been elderly residents evicted because they cannot afford the new adjustments. It is unfair and our elderly folks should have some type of relief as they get older. Just a food for thought you never know what some one is going through or has been through.
