If I could give negative stars, I would. This nursing home has given my family the run-around after 2 family members passed recently. They stole a social security check - apparently, it just vanished into thin air. They didn't even list the next of kin when she was admitted (even though next of kid had to have her admitted) so we weren't told about her care until Hospice contacted us. Now, they won't release her bank account now that she's passed and they refuse to return calls, hang up on us when we call even though we have been nothing but nice. My next step is a lawyer and reporting this home to the OIA.
