Park Place is an exceptional space. On a tour for my mom, we were warmly welcomed and treated to a wonderful lunch. The staff were so friendly and clearly committed to both their residents and their jobs.

Before she moved in, I worried constantly about my mom's wellbeing. As a full-time, self-employed person living out of town, I struggled to keep up with her medication reminders and day-to-day care on my own. Now I know she's safe, well cared for, and enjoys the wonderful food served here. I couldn't be more relieved that she made the move.

The apartments are beautiful, clean, and spacious. Even her studio is over 400 square feet - about the size of my tiny home - with windows overlooking a garden courtyard. Her bathroom has excellent safety features, so she feels comfortable showering on her own, and the apartment's emergency call system has already proven itself: she's used it after a fall, and it worked perfectly.

The staff also organizes outings - the aquarium, parks, shopping trips - and regularly hosts parties for residents. They even helped my mom assemble a little IKEA sofa I'd ordered for her!

Park Place is a non-profit, and I believe all healthcare and care facilities should be. Don't second-guess bringing your loved one here - it's a special place, and we feel lucky that my mom lives here.
