Park Paseo

Park Paseo is an affordable housing community for low-income seniors 62 or older and disabled adults over 18 in Glendale, California. Located in the heart of Glendale, less than half a mile from The Americana at Brand, the community comprises 96 apartments: 23 studios and 73 one-bedroom units.

The community provides a service coordinator who connects residents to community and medical services, supporting their health and social needs.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are welcome. Pet rules govern registration, inoculation, sanitary waste disposal, and restraint in common areas to maintain a safe living environment. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, and residents must sign a non-smoking agreement.
