Do not put your loved one in this Don’t Care Facility. Sherry and Kelsey are the worst. They’re lazy and they lie. My loved one had gifts stolen, money stolen, clothes stolen. They left my loved one sitting in her pee and not bathing her or making eating a priority. They lied about my loved one not wanting me to know information about them. They took my other post down even though it was all facts. This place should be shutdown! STAY FAR AWAY!

Hmmmm where to start, DON Sherri Newson is completely not fit for this roll or ANY management roll whatsoever, I've never met in 13 years in the medical field a DON that is so oblivious to what her roll should be. When asked questions a DON SHOULD KNOW THE ANSWERS TO she and all nursing managers in that office always look dumbfounded while not knowing the answer or even how to point you in the right direction. The communication.......there is none even with managers, rules only apply to those who speak up for the residents. The restorative part is nonexistent residents are constantly skipped when it comes to most care because no management truly cares about these people. Management will let the floors be short while they sit in their offices. NEVER IN THE YEAR I was there did one Management team member come in the dinning room to assist feed, serve let alone give a coffee, if Management is on a cart certain cart nurses are supposed to be in dinning room per policy but not if they are Management. If you have any compassion for your loved ones don't let them come or stay here.
