I will update this review as needed. I just put my uncle there and so far it hasn’t quite met my expectations. 3 people in a room so their visitors and TVs make it extremely hard to hear the tv. They are smaller and far away from the bed for their size. Rooms are drab. My uncle is the middle bed so no windows or anything to look at. The salad that came with dinner appeared to be wilted and wasn’t appealing. Lunch today looked good. The people working are super nice but it’s hard to get to talk to social services about the plan. I understand this is day 2 but I fly out tomorrow and would have appreciated a few minutes of time. Update my uncle was moved to a quieter room and they took great care of him. They also called me often with updates on how he was doing and they even told me when he began to decline to come quickly to see him. Super nice people. They did the best they could with a man who had many health issues.

This place has been the best all-around! Everyone is so sweet and caring. Great teams and management. Each and every one here has treated my mom like their own. Do NOT get fooled by peoples negative reviews. They not only worry about keeping the patients comfortable but they even make sure that every one has the post-care they need.THANK YOU ALL AND GODSPEED!!!

At Paradise Valley Manor and Health Care Center, you'll find a group of individuals that truly care and take the time to meet your specific needs. During our dad's 2-month stay in the skilled nursing facility, the staff was supportive and helpful. We would like to express our gratitude to the entire activities department led by the enthusiastic Ellie. Her energy and positive attitude brought a smile to our dad's face. She made him feel comfortable and included, even singing and dancing with him at times. Special shout-outs to Ellie, Fatima, Andrea, Johanna, Mayra and Michelle. The enjoyable events were always so beautifully decorated. The team works together to create a warm and welcoming environment. Thank you for making a difference, Paradise Valley Manor and Health Care Center Staff! Your dedication, hard work, and kindness go a long way.
