I’ve had the pleasure of working with this facility and have always been impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and dedication of the team. The staff genuinely cares about their residents and goes above and beyond to provide quality care in a warm and supportive environment. It’s also been great to see the major renovations underway, reflecting their commitment to creating a more inviting, comfortable, and welcoming space for residents and visitors alike.

I have been staying at Windsor Gardens for recovery and I have to say , I am very happy with staffing. They have all treated me with much respect and friendly treatment. If I requests more food , they’re very happy to serve more. Social Service department have been extremely helpful when I’m in need. Every one in here is very nice. No one has been unkind and are all very fair. They go out of their way to help me.

The facility is clean, and my room is cleaned daily, which I really appreciate. I am currently working toward my therapy goals, and all of the therapists are great—they are helping me make progress toward standing again. The activities team is also thoughtful and takes the time to visit me in my room since I’m not always able to join group activities, which means a lot to me. The nursing staff is good overall, although I do wish call lights were answered more quickly at times. I would also like to give a special thanks to Noel, my CNA—I can’t say enough good things about the care and support he provides

I stayed at Windsor in mid-2025 for rehab after a leg injury, and my experience there meant so much to me. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness and respect. The staff truly felt like family—whenever I needed help, they were always there for me. I especially want to thank Salve, who helped me more than she probably realizes. Her care and support made a big difference in my recovery. Even after being discharged, I still come back to visit because of the strong connections I made. We still joke around, and that says a lot about the kind of environment they create. The facility itself is clean, and there are great activities to keep everyone engaged. Fe, who is in activities, is very caring and does a wonderful job. While the food wasn’t the best, the level of care and compassion I received more than made up for it. I’ve been to other nursing homes, and I can honestly say this is the best one I’ve experienced. I’ll never forget my time here.

I recently stayed at this skilled nursing facility and overall had a good experience. The staff took good care of me and the therapy team was great. They were very helpful and supportive during my recovery. The facility was clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. The food wasn’t the best, but my family was able to bring food from home which helped. My wife is currently still admitted there, and we have had some communication issues, but the staff has been working on addressing them. Overall, I’m thankful for the care and therapy I received while I was there.
