Be very careful with this facility. They broke laws and allowed my step-mother to prevent his own biological children to manage his care or see him so she could ask for more money from our family while he was dying. Worse, they forced my father to take a vaccination, the J&J one shot that has now admittedly cause many people to stroke including a young friend of mine. Shortly after they administered this shot to my father, he stroked out over several months until he finally succumbed to a heart attack -prematurely, and without his biological children. This facility is very unethical, threatening, bullying and an accomplice to crimes of family matters. They should be sued into non-existence.

I plead with anyone who loves a family member to really think long and hard about putting their loved one in this facility. My grandfather was a victim of the neglect and malpractice of this facility. He was not properly monitored after being given a high dose amount of medicine until it was TOO LATE. My grandfather passed. He is not here now because i thought this facility would care for him in the right way. I was totally unaware of the amount of medicine they were giving him and the ball was dropped. Please do not let your family member stay in this facility. This will not be the last of me talking about this.

I only gave the Legacy one star because I had to in order to leave a comment. STAY AWAY from this facility! They will take advantage of your loved one!! I would encourage you to make daily visits if you have a family member in here. Very poor rooms...very poor service...they will be ignored!!!
