My experience at Paloma Springs Facility was very disappointing, largely due to Jazmine Hall’s behavior. She was rude, dismissive, and not welcoming at all. Customer service matters, especially in a healthcare setting, and this experience fell far below expectations. Definitely don’t bring your loved ones here especially with this employees attitude.

Everyone was very welcoming and nice. Very helpful. They treat the residents with respect. I'm happy and I think my husband is going to be happy here.

Today I went to visit my friend Mary at Paloma Springs care home. It was so good to see her smile. She told me its like night and day . The care she is receiving now is 100% better than the place she was at . Mary is basically a happy person. It hurt me so much to see her so unhappy a week ago. She told me the care givers are awesome and kind. The place itself is beautiful and very clean. I give them 5 stars

The staff is very helpful and nice! I feel like my Dad is in a safe clean environment! Jasmine and activity staff thanks for the fun activities for Halloween! We had so much fun! 😊
